*Lug Finishing Specification (as previous watches). All flat surfaces of the lugs are to have a uniform brushed (satin) finish. Each lug must incorporate a polished chamfer along the outer edge. This means the top surface of the lug remains fully brushed, while the angled edge on the outside of the lug is mirror-polished to create a clear reflective highlight line. The chamfer must be sharp, well-defined, and continuous from the case body to the tip of the lug. The polishing is restricted strictly to the bevel only — it must not extend onto the top surface or the vertical side wall of the lug.
